The space My studio apartment is located in the popular Gärtnerplatz quarter near the Isar. The living room is laid out with parquet flooring and furnished in loft design, in addition some art objects decorate the walls. The free standing double bed (160x200cm), which will be prepared for you before your arrival with high quality bed linen, offers an oasis of relaxation in the middle of the light-flooded room. The facing sofa invites you to linger in the evening hours. My open fully-equipped kitchen, whose fittings are made of great natural stone, offers you everything you need for a self-prepared meal. A Nespresso is available for frahling lovers. The elegant Biedermeier table connects the kitchen with the living room and is also an ideal workplace. In the entrance area a large built-in wardrobe offers enough space to store your clothes and luggage. The bathroom is designed with beautiful natural stone, an individually designed lighting concept and a large rain shower. In your temporary home you will find fresh, high-quality towels and bed linen as well as care articles for your use. Guest access During your stay, you'll have the whole apartment to yourself & access to all rooms except the storage room. Other things to note The apartment is covered with parquet floor, so please take off your shoes. Please be careful with the dimension stone in the kitchen and in the bathroom.
