The space This apartment has a large living room with carefully restored original tiles from the XIX century and its windows are overlooking both Rua dos Fanqueiros and Rua da Conceição. The apartment is spacious and bright despite being on the first floor. It is furnished with a mix of classical and restored, wooden outdoor furniture.   The apartment has one bedroom (which can be made up with double or twin beds). The living room has a double sofa-bed. Bathroom with shower. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, espresso coffee machine, dishwasher and washer/dryer machine.   All windows are facing the two main streets and the original ones were replaced by new wood windows with double-glass to ensure better isolation from external noise and temperatures.
