This villa boasts a prime location next to some of the most beautiful beaches in Halkidiki, making it the perfect destination for beach lovers. With modern amenities and natural beauty, House on The Rock is the ideal choice for your next luxurious getaway. The space The renting villa is in the ground floor, is 80m² and can comfortable accommodate up to 5 guests. It is constructed with soundproof windows and very good thermal insulation. All doors and windows are equipped with protecting screens. In the great hall there is a big spacious living room, a dinner table and a brand new complete kitchen. The kitchen includes lots of cupboards, a double sink, a big refrigerator, freezer, a big oven, a microwave oven, 4 ceramic hobs, boiler, coffee maker, and all the appropriate cookware in order to prepare a meal. There are two bedrooms in the house. In the first there is a very comfortable queen sized bed while in the other there is one double and one single bed, both warm and soft. Both rooms are equipped with ample closets and dressers. The bathroom is really cozy and has been built with a very special kind of tile. You will find at your disposal a lot of towels, a hairdryer and soap. Last but not least there are two big tile roof terraces (verandas) with a sofa, chairs and a wooden table. In our house you will also find equipment for the beach (umbrella, straw mat), bottles of water, an iron, many Board Games, a 42 LED TV, a PS4 console, HDMI cable, Satellite TV with channels from all over the world, a big A/C, free endless Internet, free Parking, a Baby Cot and a Baby Chair Table in case you need it (check out our pictures)! Other things to note House On The Rock is conveniently located within close proximity to a variety of beaches in the Halkidiki area. Some of the beaches are accessible on foot with a ten-minute walk, while others can be reached within ten minutes by car. Here are some indicative beach distances from the house: - The nearest isolated beaches are less than 1km away. - Lagonisi Beach is 1.5km away. - Diaporos island is also 1.5km away. - Vourvourou bay is 2km away. - Trani Ammouda (Ormos Panagias) is 2.5km away. - Karidi Beach is 5km away.
