Maison Buschin, a magic place...

The space In 2003 going around Langhe with my bike I arrived to Buschin and I falled in love with this house, and with a lot efforce I bought it. It is just in the middle of Langhe, full of vineyard and typical gentle hazelnut from Rodello, there are inside and around the garden (300mq) trees as olives (Gastone e Lillo my favourite!), plum, pears, cherry, fig, peach and black cherry. The special guests here is the silence with the sound of nature (leaves, soft wind, crickets...), it will stay with you during day and night. You will appreciate the beautiful landscape and just in front of the dehor there is Alba (8km faraway) with her towers, energy, historical center and specialized food&wine shops. Buschin is a little house that seems designed by a baby, where with the past of time and living there I fully equipped, there is a very brighty living room with 3 windows and one door to the garden, organized with a kitchen space (with refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave) and with relaxing area with sofa and a Jotul stove. In this living room you may enjoy friends a glass of good wine or just rest on the sofa looking and listening the fire in the stove. All the flooring (except the bathroom) is a very old recycled solid learch (more then 70 years). There are two rooms, the master bedroom with double bed and one with two single beds (all mattress are orthopedic, there is a baby coat too). The bathroom is with a big shower space with view on Langhe (just to start in a good way in the morning!). For long staying there is the possibility to have a wash machine. In Rodello you will find the main shops and as in the rest of Langhe great and kind wineries where taste excellent wine from Dolcetto till Barolo (passing through Barbera, Barbaresco e Nebbiolo or with the white wine Arneis e Favorita,  ...!), you can enjoy the vineyard landscape with bike or car or simply walking through (off road too), it is amazing to discover with calm and relax new places. During the seasons you will find different events and exhibitions (as Collisioni in Barolo in July, Monfort in Jazz in August in Monforte d'Alba or Vinum in May or Truffle Fair in October/November in Alba). Around 10 km you will find a lot of typical restaurants with all the target price! With my wife we may suggest a custom tour along the hills...from Lebanon cedar (now it is a real monument!) till the little multicolor church (by Sol LeWitt e David Tremlett) My wish is to make Buschin a place where to live for other people to feel this magic land and closing out the "system" for a while..
