Quiet attic apartment (70 m2) between HH + HL

The apartment offered is quietly located on the upper floor of a 2-family house and allows for independent living. The apartment consists of a furnished kitchen, bathroom and living room (24 m2) and bedroom (double bed: 1.60 m x 2.00 m) and has about 70 m2 of living space. A SmartTV (119 cm) and stereo are provided. The rental is designed for 1-2 people. We only rent to guests who will also be tenants themselves. We exclude organizers who book for their employees/installers. The space The apartment is particularly suitable for a longer stay. Interested parties who have to work in the east of Hamburg for a longer period of time will find ideal conditions here. A rental period of 1 year or longer would be possible. A prerequisite for a longer tenancy would be a personal meeting. The special location between the Hanseatic cities of Hamburg and Lübeck offers plenty of variety. Our place of residence Elmenhorst is located exactly in the middle between Lübeck and Hamburg. It is 33 km in either direction. On the Baltic Sea you can reach Travemünde or Timmendorf in about 45 minutes. Lübeck city center, Ratzeburg and Mölln can be reached in about the same time. It also takes no more than 45 minutes to get to Bad Segeberg for the Karl May Festival. Holstein Switzerland with Plön, Eutin or Malente can also be reached in less than 1 hour. The center of Hamburg is about 30 minutes from Bargteheide by S-Bahn. 30 minutes. By car, it varies greatly according to time or direction of the district. In Elmenhorst there is a gas station and 2 bakeries plus 1 Markant supermarket and an Aldi. So, survival is not only possible for locals … Guest access It's a self-contained apartment. Our guests have access to all open spaces in this attic apartment. The apartment can be reached via a shared house entrance. Other things to note Our apartment will be handed over clean and cleaned and we have the expectation that we will receive the apartment back at the end of the rental period. Please dispose of any waste yourself. Actually, it's a matter of course, but unfortunately, based on previous experience, it has to be said again. Our apartment is wonderfully suitable for couples or individuals. It is not suitable for 2 fitters, because there is only 1 bedroom. Due to current bad experiences, we only rent to people who will also be the direct tenants. Third parties who want to book for their employees are in the wrong place.
