The house is located in a quiet picturesque fishing village, between the two most beautiful cities of the coast - Kotor and Perast, just one minute from the nearest beach. The space The apartment is located on the top floor of the house, terrace overlooks the sea. It consists of one bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen/living room, the total area is about 35 sq m. Equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: internet, washing machine, TV, iron, hair dryer, air conditioning (heating-cold), during the winter - central heating. The kitchen has all the necessary dishes. Guest access Our guests are provided with a closed private area, which includes: a swimming pool with sunbeds (available from June till the end of September), a barbecue area, a covered area with hammocks, a gym, a garden with fruit and pine trees, and a private parking. Other things to note ❗️The swimming pool is available only during the summer period (from the beginning of May till the end of Oktober) ❗️ Smoking is allowed in open areas - apartment terraces and garden. We kindly ask you not to smoke cigarettes inside the apartment for the comfort of other guests.
