Beautiful sunsets, crystal clear water, wild nature, unspoiled countryside and chirping birds are the keywords that best describe this little corner of paradise. The bungalow in question is ideal for two people, accommodates a maximum of 4 people and has a large outdoor space to fully enjoy the days. If you love tranquility, the clean sea and wild nature not contaminated by man, and you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city for a few days, this is the right place for you for a holiday full of silence and relaxation away from the metropolitan chaos. You will discover an oasis of peace immersed in the Sicilian countryside but overlooking the sea of the Sicilian channel, in the beautiful coastal area of the town of Sciacca. A place that we consider special, a few kilometers from Sciacca, where you can spend a vacation alone or in the company of friends, "disturbed" by noises such as the waves of the sea or the humming of birds. Around you, a harsh and violent nature, the crystal clear sea and the vineyards of the most renowned Sicilian wineries in the area (Settesoli, Planeta, Feudo Arancio and Donnafugata). You can enjoy beautiful sunsets directly from the veranda of our bungalows, and you can also enjoy them if you decide to go down to the sea for a romantic walk along the coast at sunset among the glow of the sun that will set before you on the horizon. We are located in Contrada Maragani, a wide coastal strip between Menfi and Sciacca, characterized by a coast beaten by a clear and clean sea, marked for many years by a blue flag, and by a beach of white pebbles ("the white jackets" from which the homonymous and famous neighboring beach takes its name) and sand. The seabed, initially shallow and sandy, also makes it an ideal destination for families with small children. If you venture beyond where the eye can reach, you will discover many small, pristine and wild coves ideal for a private use of the sea. We have two delightful and independent bungalows that are located inside a residence by the sea, only residential, exactly 150 meters from the beach. You can walk directly to the sea, a gate separates the residence from the sea. Our beach (Maragani/Bertolino and Giache Bianche) is free and can be reached on foot, while by car in a few minutes you can reach the nearby and more famous equipped beach of Capo San Marco with the bathing beaches, restaurants and pubs, that of Renella, Foggia and San Giorgio. We currently have 2 Bungalows: - A bungalow with 4 beds - A bungalow that sleeps 5 Subject to availability, you can choose which one you prefer to book, or if there is a need, you can rent both. They are next to each other, and the maximum number of beds available becomes 9 to accommodate up to a maximum of 9 people. The 4-bed bungalow is composed as follows: -One bedroom with a double bed, a closet and a chest of drawers -A bathroom with an indoor shower - A living area equipped with a 2-seater sofa bed (2 single beds that can be combined to form a double bed), a refrigerator and a kitchenette equipped with everything you need for the kitchen (pots, cutlery, glasses, etc.). The highlight of the bungalow is the large private outdoor space that can be enjoyed during the day and evening. The large outdoor space is equipped with: -A veranda in front of the entrance to the bungalow with a table and chairs for breakfast - An additional outdoor veranda with an outdoor masonry kitchen with a large barbecue table and chairs for dining outside -A convenient outdoor shower with hot and cold water - The large paved outdoor space can be used as a solarium and is also equipped with a deck chair and a sun lounger. Guest access Guests have access to the entire bungalow facility, including private outdoor spaces. SERVICES: Equipped outdoor space, access to the sea, color TV with digital terrestrial decoder, refrigerator, freezer, pots and pans, cutlery, glasses and everything you need for the kitchen, oven, mosquito nets in every window, indoor and outdoor kitchen with barbecue, indoor and outdoor shower with hot water. They also have a (free) parking space assigned inside the residence next to the bungalow. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: Rental prices are per week per Bungalow (not per person). Rental prices are exclusive of water, which is paid for on a consumption basis at 10 euros per cubic meter, as it is brought in by tanker. (The money does not remain with us, it is the actual price that we pay to the tanker when it comes to bring the water. There is a meter that is read upon your arrival, and re-read before your departure so that you only pay for what you consume, of course). However, it is not a figure that has much impact. Generally, a family of 4 has never consumed more than 2/3 cubic meters of water per week. (Although, there are those who have consumed only one in a week. Of course, consumption is subjective because it depends on each person's use of it). Electricity and Gas included Initial cleaning: €50 (Final cleaning supplement in the presence of guests with dogs €50). Linen: - €20 for two people - €30 from the third person onwards, per change. You can also choose to bring it yourself and not use our service. (Our supply includes sheets and pillowcases for the bed, face and guest towel, bath towel, kitchen towel and tablecloth).
