A relaxing home with beautiful rural views over undulating farmland south to Mt Macedon. A perfect getaway to explore Central Victoria's wine & food region. We are located 8kms north of Kyneton, 20mins from Castlemaine and 30mins from Daylesford, in a quiet pocket by a reserve which rises up from the Campaspe River below. Easy access to wonderful local wineries and restaurants for which the region is renowned. The space Our home is set on 20 acres of rolling pasture. We raise Black Faced Suffolk Sheep, a few Angus cattle and some very spoiled greyhound pups! Guest access Apart from the two bedrooms and bathroom available exclusively to our guests (no sharing - its only one party per booking), we have two living rooms both with televisions, the main living room also has a wood combustion fireplace. Guests can feel free to bring drinks or snacks and the refrigerator is available. Cooking facilities aren't available to guests, but I am happy to discuss individual circumstances and always delighted to cook for our guests. During your stay This is our home and whilst we love sharing our space and interacting with our guests we understand completely that guests may want to enjoy quiet time. We encourage our guests to make our home, their home whilst they are here. We feel that people take a leap of faith in coming to stay with us and its' important that guests feel relaxed and welcome, just like home! Other things to note Breakfast is included in the tariff. Dinner is available as an optional extra for our guests. Please let us know prior to your visit if you would like to have dinner or we're very happy to provide recommendations for local restuarants. One party per booking, up to 4 people. Guests enjoy their own bathroom.
