Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, including one with an en-suite bathroom, plus two additional bathrooms on the same floor. Downstairs, there are two more bedrooms along with the fourth bathroom. The rooms are tastefully furnished, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere—perfect for a restful night after a day of relaxation and exploration. ✤ LIVING ROOM & FIREPLACE The heart of the house is a spacious living room featuring a stone fireplace, three comfortable sofas, and a large dining table that seats up to 20 guests. It’s the perfect setting for social gatherings, cozy evenings, and unforgettable dinners. ✤ KITCHEN & DINING AREA The outdoor dining area, shaded by a beautiful wisteria, is perfect for enjoying meals al fresco. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances you might need to prepare any type of meal. ✤ PRIVATE POOL WITH PANORAMIC VIEW Surrounded by lush greenery and equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, and sofas, the pool offers the perfect place to unwind and soak in the tranquility of the Umbrian countryside. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire property, including all indoor and outdoor spaces, the private pool, and the garden. Upon arrival, you will be personally welcomed. Check-in from 1:00 PM. Check-out by 2:00 PM. We are available for any assistance before and during your stay to ensure a perfect experience.
