On three levels, this chalet offers 6 bedrooms with private bathroom and storage. A studio room with sofa bed is added to the description of the chalet as well as a common area, fifty square meter rochelle with 2 sofa beds equipped with a wide screen TV, DVD, computer, games, foosball, library... The space Mountain chalet built in 2012, with all the current comforts, large capacity on three levels, two large terraces of 30 square meters including one with access to the living room/covered kitchen. Six bedrooms with private bathroom and storage. Four toilets (1 per level) as well as a fifty square meter relaxation area with TV, computer, library, DVD player, Wi-Fi, foosball and board games. A fully equipped central island kitchen, laundry room, washer and dryer plus cleaning supplies, private parking on a 2000 m2 lot. An outdoor terrace overlooking the garden equipped with a large table as well as the necessary barbecue (charcoal grill and plancha/gas grill). Guest access From Argelès-Gazost, head towards Hautacam for 1 km. At the village of Ayros-Arbouix, turn left towards Saint Pastous for 2 km, then St. Germes at 25 Chemin du Cap des Bentails. Chalet at your disposal with views overlooking the Gaves Valley and the Val d'Azun opposite, altitude 700 m, south, southwest exposure, possibility to hike from the chalet following the wide track after the end of the road, it will take you in 45 minutes to Cap des Bentails, very beautiful 360-degree panorama. The track continues towards Hautacam... Other things to note Housekeeping option: 160 Euros for a minimum stay of one week, reduced price to €130 for a short stay (note that the rooms, bathrooms, kitchen must be left clean, trash can cleared, we reserve the vacuuming and mopping part) if you do the cleaning, you are simply asked to leave the premises as you found them. Bed set option: €20/bed or €120 for 6 bedrooms. Bath towels option: €6/room. Beware of pets (subject to acceptance)
