The space CHARMING APARTMENT IN THE HEART OF LISBON The apartment is located right in the center of Lisbon, next to the city’s main avenue — Avenida da Liberdade. Charming, cosy and comfortable. Set on the main floor of a traditional three storey building, this wooden-floored apartment and double glazed windows was completely renovated in 2020 for the comfort of your stay. The apartment is 45 m2 and although it is fit for 3 adults, the sofa bed is big enough for two children. FULLY EQUIPPED AND FURNISHED The apartment offers modern furnishings, internet Wi-Fi and cable TV. It has a king size bed, a fold out sofa, a living area with flat-screen TV, wireless Dock Station with USB, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, fridge, ceramic hob and dinning area. Amenities provided include toaster, orange squeezer, expresso coffee machine, blender, kettle, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, first aid kit, to make your stay as great as possible. Fresh linens and towels are provided at no extra cost. Coffee, tea, sugar, and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand wash) are also included. For stays longer than one week, additional cleaning can be arranged. Upon request, we can provide a baby crib and bedding free of charge, as well as extra towels and linens for the sofa bed. Languages: We speak Portuguese, English, Spanish, and French. . Host Presence: The owners live in the neighbourhood. . Bedding: By default, the main bed will be prepared as a double bed. If you would like separate beds (twin configuration) or the sofa bed prepared, please inform us in advance. . Storage room: We have a storage room in the building, where you can store your luggage in case of early arrivals or late departures. . While our street is generally quiet at night, we ask you to be considerate of the neighbours, especially between 10 PM and 8 AM. Apartment Access The apartment is on the ground floor. There is a small step inside the apartment. Electricity and Appliances Like most houses in Lisbon, our electrical panel has a power limit. We recommend you avoid using the heater/AC at the same time as the water heater (hot water) or the hairdryer and the kettle. If the power goes out, the main fuse box is located next to the apartment's entrance door. There's a second fuse box in the access corridor. Cleaning and Garbage Garbage collection (including recycling) is done in the street bins at the top of Rua da Fé (one minute walking distance). We kindly ask that you leave the apartment reasonably tidy at check-out. Legal Requirements (SEF) According to Portuguese law, we are required to communicate the identification of all non-resident guests to the SEF (Immigration and Borders Service). You will be asked to send us a photo of your Passport/ID card before or during the check-in. Registration Details 37529/AL
