This cozy one bedroom retreat is ideally located for walking to downtown or a stroll into Acadia. Secluded off of a residential street and with off street parking, the house has a private courtyard for you to enjoy, a full kitchen, washer/dryer and AC/heat. The park's loop road with access to Sand Beach, Ocean Drive, Champlain mountain and a huge network of trails are just down the street while restaurants, the village green, shops, shore path and an active waterfront are a 15 min. walk away. The space The house is nestled in a garden along with the owner's home, separated by a small shady courtyard which is your private space. Inside there is a cathedral ceiling over the living area, a full kitchen and bath. Upstairs is a comfortable balcony bedroom. The bedroom has a queen size bed, a love seat and a skylight to do a little stargazing by. Guest access The house and courtyard.
