Description
The appartment is located in the city Groningen. Within a walking distance of 10 min to the citycentre and station. Alternative is to come by bus (hop of from 1st busstop Kamerlingh Onnesstraat, buslijn 10 to Martini zkh) or taxi (less then 10 euro). Guestroom The room (12 sq m) is bright, quite spacious and has it's own balcony. The room has a single bed, a small desk, a comfy chair, a drawer and a small wardrobe. Also you have your own watercooker with teabags/ instant coffee. The space The room has a nice comfortable bed. When it's nice and sunny, you can open the balcony doors and sit outside on the balcony, enjoying the sun while drinking your selfmade tea or coffee. Also I have a garden where you are also welcome to sit down. If you have questions or want some tourist advice, the host is there for you! Guest access You'll make use of the same facilities that I use: toilet, kitchen/ fridge and bathroom. You can use a shelf in the fridge, make coffee or tea (no extra costs). Simple cooking is allowed. Also there are cafetaria's and pizzaria's just 5 minutes away or you can go to a restaurant in the city, just a few minutes further. During your stay Most of the times I'll be the one who's welcoming you. There can be an exception and in that case my close friend Jackson will be the welcoming you. When that is the case, I will let you know in advance. Other things to note When you arrive by car, it's good to know that in my street you have to pay to park in the street: monday-saturday 09:00-18:00, thurday till 21:00. There is an option to park the car in the neighbourhood (5 min walking) where you can park the car for free. Ask me if you want to know the location. Btw: the price includes already the tourist tax of €2,30 p person/p night
