The space Ground floor House approximately 85 sq m, fully equipped for your absolute comfort. Consists of 2 double bedrooms with Queen size beds , one bathroom, air conditioned lounge area with TV, balcony with furniture, fully fitted kitchen with all cooking facilities and eating area. LOUNGE AREA: 3 and 4 seater love seat sofas, arm chair, coffee table, décor and TV. KITCHEN: fully equipped including full cooker, electric rings, microwave, toaster, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, iron and washing machine. BEDROOMS: 2 double bedded rooms with a King and Queen Size Bed , each with make up mirror and full length mirror, bedside tables, dressing table and balcony with furniture. Clean bedding, towels are available on arrival. BATHROOM: modernly decorated with a shower over the bath, hairdryer, bathroom heater and make up mirror. Sunshine Home also has an iron, ironing board, Vacuum cleaner and onsite parking. We can accommodate up to 6 persons maximum, two bedrooms and 2 persons to sleep on a double Sofa bed in the lounge area at an additional charge. Guest access Our guests have full access to the entire ground floor house, house has private entrance. Other things to note We can accommodate 2 extra persons at an additional fee of €25 per person per day, on a double sofa bed in the living area.
