Brand new, fully self contained. Private entry, completly seperate from main house. Plenty of off street parking. Only 5 minutes into the heart of Cooroy. Very private and quiet. The space Very private and quiet, fully self contained unit under my house. Three bedrooms, one has a king size bed which can be converted into two king single beds if required. Second bedroom has a lovely timber queen size bed. This room opens out onto a private deck where you can enjoy your morning cuppa. Third room has a double bed plus couch. There is a seperate bathroom / laundry with washing machine. The main kitchen /living /dining area is very spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven, gas hobs, microwave, dish washer and fridge. The main lounge room opens out to the patio / entertaining area, where there is a BBQ for your use. Cooroy is a fabulous spot to stay, you can do as much, or as little as desired. Cooroy has an array of speciality shops, cafe's, supermarket, Hotel, RSL, post office, library and bowls. Cooroy also has a fabulous 18 hole golf course which is very popular for local and Overseas visitors. I can organise a stay and play package for those wanting to spend a few days playing golf. Eumundi markets are a short drive away, and are open on Wednesday and Saturday. Just a few minutes around the corner you can explore Lake Mc Donald and the botanical gardens which is a fabulous spot for a picnic. Noosa is another great place to explore, with great beaches and cafe's. You can take a boat ride and see the breath taking views of the everglades. Cooroy is also a short car ride to the Noosa north shore barge which is the gateway to Frazer Island. Sunshine coast airport is 25 minutes and just over an hour to Brisbane airport. Kensington lodge is a great place to stay if you have family or friends staying at Eden hospital. We also have special weekly rates available. Guest access Up stairs is off limits to guests.
