Greetings from the North Sea! The accommodation is so special due to the unique location: Experience a wonderful vacation: In the 1st row of the North Sea, side sea view from your balcony, only 200 m as the crow flies to the sandy beach, 60 to the bus stop, swimming pool & sauna free in the house, bright & modern apartment, private parking 1st row in front of the dike. 3 min to the beach, 5 min to the bakery and the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Wadden Sea. (Swimming pool + sauna closed from 11/01 to 12/01 due to annual cleaning) New inviting bathroom, modern kitchen and a high-quality electric cabinet bed system, a multifunctional loggia with fully opening and sliding windows, the sun shines into the loggia until noon Dyke, dunes, beach, North Sea, Wadden Sea, the world shipping lane right outside the front door Fantastic sunsets over the North Sea can be seen directly from the apartment in 3 minutes' walk Everything you need is within walking distance. Super nice to walk 5 minutes to the bakery in the morning or to see the North Sea all the time while walking! Jogging on the beach is really fun and is balm for the soul :) Guest access The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Therefore, it is not permitted to smoke in the apartment or the associated rooms such as the loggia and balcony (not even with the window open). This also applies to e-cigarettes. In the event of non-compliance, €150 will be charged for the special cleaning effort. The swimming pool + sauna are closed every year in November (1st November to December 1st). Other things to note January 2025: The apartment has been newly renovated. The listing pictures still correspond to the old condition. New listing pictures are expected to be posted in the next few months. So please don't be surprised if everything is brand new when you come in ;-) The extensive renovation work in the house has also been completed, only the swimming pool will remain closed until at least mid-February 2025 (as soon as the reopening is foreseeable, we will be happy to inform you). However, the sauna is open normally and can be used by you. Please note that a final cleaning of 35 euros applies. Cuxhaven is a spa area, which is why a spa tax per person from the age of 16 of 4.10 euros per night in the main season from December 25th December up to and including 7th January, April 1 through October of a year, as well as 3.30 euros per night in the other times (not applicable for professional stays and depending on severe disability).
