Important Note: *The Unit is a 2-storey building, if you are travelling with seniors and or young children, please note the 2 bedrooms are located upstairs whilst the toilet/ shower is located on the ground floor. This may be a potential issue for those travelling seniors/ young children because of the stairs. *Request for EARLY CHECK IN/ LATE CHECK OUT will be charged Php 200/ hour. Thank you. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire townhouse plus provision for safe parking. Parking is available in front of the unit. Note: Only ONE parking space is availabe. As this is a townhouse type unit, space is limited in the area. We ask for your compliance. However, if you intend to bring two vehicles, you need to notify us way in advance as extra parking space needs to be organized. There is a cost to this parking space arranged with the homeowners association and payable to them. Thank you. Other things to note We respectfully ask that only declared guests access the property. Please be advised that a security camera providing a clear view of the entry and parking area has been installed as an added layer of security and protection for both parties. Air Cover (Airbnb’s Insurance policy) only works for guests declared on the reservation. Thank you.
