Lone Pine House - business, family, groups, pets

My place is great for larger groups, whether business travellers, families (all ages), sporting teams or other groups and includes a warm welcome for your pets. Please contact us with booking requests as we need to ensure that BOTH listings are available in order to accommodate large groups! The space This house is spacious, comfortable and well set up for large groups. There's a number of separate spaces for getting together or being apart, including desk space in a separate study area. There's two full kitchens and 3 bathrooms. We have 9 beds across 5 bedrooms, sleeping a total of 14; plus a single bed tucked in under the interior stairs and we can add a rollaway bed for large groups, to sleep an overall total of 16. The yard is fully fenced in several sections so there are options to keep kids and pets contained. We welcome pets, but ask that you contact us to discuss. We charge a small fee per pet per night and ask that you clean up after them and as far as possible, keep pets off the carpets and soft furnishings. We will provide our pet policy when you enquire. In accordance with AirBnB policy, parties are not permitted. Guest access When you book Lone Pine House you have exclusive use of the whole house and yard. The garage is not available for guest use so parking is on the street. Other things to note We provide a 'starter kit' of amenities such as toilet paper and rubbish bags which may need to be supplemented by long term guests or large groups. Bathroom amenities such as shampoo and conditioner are in large refillable containers (to reduce plastic waste). Please Note ; We do not have any onsite parking but there is plenty of free street parking along the street.
