Loft in Vienna

The Studio is modern and high class, 50m² quiet, 4th floor garden view, balcony and private parking garage, situated in one of the best areas of Vienna, very safe, you will love that everything is accessible within 5-10 minutes. Great infrastructure! The apartment is in a very modern style and high class, 50m², quiet, 4th floor garden view. The building has 6 floors, bathroom with toilet is separated by a door, the remaining apartment is open space. The apartment can easily host 2 adults and 1 child. In the kitchen you will find everything you need. There is a Miele coffee machine for fresh coffee. (see our Fotos) Coffee and tea are included during your stay. Drinking water comes from the tap. The building has an elevator. We have a reliable and fast Internet connection, you can access WIFI or via Cable. Most of the restaurants and coffee shops or MC Donalds in vienna offer free WIFI. From our balcony you can see a large chestnut tree offering the right amount of peace. On the balcony is a table with 2 chairs. Please note the studio is our second home to and it is not an apartment which is exclusively for Airbnb. Therefore, certain things are available and can be used; Some examples: (salt, toilet articles, dishwashing tabs and much more.) Also some of our clothes will stay there, put away not to disturb you. I am happy to answer all inquiries about the apartment, or be of assistance for help on activities, restaurants etc. Nick's working in Vienna, therefore short meetings or help during the day is mostly available. As Nick is from Vienna we can assist with good information on what to do, where to go etc. In Vienna downtown you need to pay for parking, our apartment- as a special treat - has a parking space in a garage available. You will receive a key, so the parking lot can be accessed all the time. Our TV is available for blue ray, standard cable tv channels and amazon fire tv where you can use my amazon prime account (for included services) The windows of the apartment have new blinds, thus the apartment can be dimmed in various ways to offer you the best lightening. The unique Naschmarkt is just around the corner. There you will find exotic fruits, oriental breakfast- lunch- & dinner or go for an after work cocktail. The Esterhazygasse also offers some great restaurants and bars; the nearby Mariahilferstrasse offers all the shopping amenities you can wish for. There are 2 cinemas within walking distance, 1 cinema is English only (Haydn). The area our apartment is situated offers a complete infrastructure, e.g.: typical Viennese coffee houses, supermarkets, massage, fitness center (Fitinn), pharmacies, restaurants, doctors, butchers, parks, McDonalds with McCafe, Free Wifi at most of the places This is a very secure area; you can walk around all day & night. 2 metro lines are easily reachable (3-5 minutes by walk) u4 // to Schönbrunn about 7 minutes or the central park within 3 minutes u3 // Stephansplatz (downtown) in 5 minutes. You live right in town, everything on your doorstep and still quiet because of the courtyard location. In Vienna, the city center is a paid short-term parking zone and we - as a special sugar - have a garage space available. The short-term parking zone applies in some districts, you can park for a fee of 1.5 hours or 2 hours. The flat rate is approx. 2 euros per hour. In many districts, the short-term parking zone applies from 08:00 to 22:00 We will give you a key so the parking is exclusive to you and you can enter and exit as often as you want. Parking is in the basement of the house so it can be reached by elevator. The apartment is about 50 m², bathroom with toilet is separated by a door, the rest of the living room is open. According to the area, the apartment can be occupied by 2 adults with a child. Kitchen has 4 hotplates with extractor hood, oven and Miele coffee machine. Coffee and tea are included. Drinking water comes from the pipe. We have a fast internet connection, you can dial in via Wi-Fi or cable. There is a balcony where you can see a large chestnut tree. This gives peace of mind. On the balcony is a seating area. In winter we can provide a "heating sponge" on request. Cuddly blankets are available anyway. This is our secondary residence and it is not an apartment that is exclusively for Airbnb. Therefore, certain things are available and can be used; some examples: (vinegar, oil, salt, hygiene articles, tableware tabs, etc.) Other things to note The TV has a TV program, can be played with Blueray player, we have an Amazon Fire TV and an Amazon Prime account on site. The windows of the apartment have new blinds, which can be moved from top to bottom for best light or darkening effects. The house has an elevator.
