Waterview Studio is a bright and spacious holiday hideaway with a delightful patio and separate entrance from the family home. Treat yourself to a Nespresso while you relax in the new Queen bed and shower in the oversized designer bathroom while you listen to the Kookaburras, bliss! The space Waterview Studio features brand new furniture – a very comfortable Queen size bed, day chair and bureau. Add to this its oversized designer bathroom, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, microwave, Smeg retro fridge, reverse cycle air conditioning and TV and you have yourself a decadent holiday studio to enjoy. Guests often love to unwind in the evening with a glass of wine on the deck before turning in to watch some Netflix on the Smart screen. Please note - the guest studio is attached to the main house (although completely self contained and has its own entry) so please be aware there may be some noise from the young family in the main part of the house. Guest access The Studio is part of our family home with separate 24/7 access and easy on-street parking. You can let yourself in thanks to our coded lockbox and come and go as you please. You need never interact with us, unless you want to, as the space is completely private. Other things to note Waterview Studio is in a lovely, flat street surrounded by great neighbours. It’s a very family friendly area and we get lots of guests stopping in for a family break or staying for an event/weddingat the Shelly Beach Golf Club just up the road.
