Whangarei "love it here", a lovely home divided at one end. Set in a calm and tranquil oasis looking over the Northland golf course, Parakiore mountain, and a large waterfall. With your own entrance (locked door between each end) one bedroom (availability for more), a kitchenette, ensuite, shower, and private deck. The main bedroom and private deck look out over the beautiful view, a rural feeling with only a five-minute commute to the township. The space We have divided our large four bedroom home off with one wing available for two guests, between the space is a locked door and private combination lock to secure keys at your private entrance. If you like peace and quiet in your own private space then look no further, this elevated home is nested in a tranquil rural setting but close to town. Nearby is a number of popular Northland attractions including Whangarei Falls, Parahaki walking track and the Kensington fitness leisure centre just to name a few. The Bay of Islands is an hour drive from our location making a pleasant day trip. The main bedroom includes a queen size bed ensuite, kitchenette, and clothing storage with a door opening up onto the large private deck with comfortable seating arrangements. The morning sun is welcomed and fills the room until the late evening. The option to sleep more is there with two double bed bedrooms as well as a separate toilet and bathroom that includes a bath and double basin. The kitchenette includes a sink, fridge, microwave, electric frypan, toaster, jug, crockery, and cutlery. The kitchenette also consists of cereals coffee, sugar, milk etc. If you require additional cooking methods we have a weber BBQ available on request. While we will be living in the other wing and living area of the home we are quiet and you will not hear us, my husband and I both live busy lifestyles working full time and nights at the sports bar so will not be around to often. This location offers a two-minute walk down a secluded track and walk bridge leading to a private waterfall and swimming hole, you are more than welcome to make the most of this unique feature. Guest access As we both work full time and some nights at the sports bar we will not be around too often. You will have private access to your accommodation with parking to the left of the main bedroom and a path leading up onto the private deck and entrance door. We are available on the telephone if you would like any assistance. During your stay We have set up your accommodation to be self sufficient and indedpendent, but will be close by for any support that you may need. We warmly welcome you to our home and property, where you will have a peaceful and private stay. Other things to note The guest suite is for two persons only, as per the price schedule.
