Centrally located apartment in Venice 1

This is a very cozy apartment in the most central area of Venice, 5 minutes from the Rialto Bridge and 8 minutes from St. Mark's Square. Even though it's so central, it's located in a neighbourhood still inhabited by Venetians and served by all the comforts needed both by locals and tourists: supermarkets, chemist's, bakeries, butcher shops and good restaurants. The apartment is on the first floor of a XVIII century building and offers our guests all the comforts of their house: wifi, air-con... The space Beautiful and comfortable apartment with kitchen, living room with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, pans, toaster, microwave, fridge, stove, moka coffee machine and everything you need to cook. Bed linen and towels are provided. There is air conditioning and wifi access. The apartment is located in the heart of Venice, 5 minutes from the famous Rialto Bridge and 8 minutes from St. Mark’s square. The neighbourhood is still inhabited by Venetians and offers everything locals and tourists can need. The supermarket is only 50 meters away, the chemist’s in 100 metres from home, and it’s full of bars, restaurants and good bakeries nearby. My husband works downstairs the apartment, so my guests can contact us in any moment and we are always there to help them. Guest access My guests have access to the whole apartment: -kitchen -living room with sofa bed -double bedroom -bathroom with shower There is air conditioning. There is wifi access. Other things to note NOT INCLUDED CITY TAX: From the 24th of August 2011, all visitors who stay in an accommodation facility within the territory of the Municipality of Venice have to pay the “tourist tax”. The tax is due for only first 5 days of stay. High Season 01 February - 31 December= Euro 4,00 Low season 01 January- 31 January = Euro 2,80 The price of the tax is to be considered per day, per person, and it is to be paid at your arrival in cash.
