Coastal Retreat (ground floor only)

We are within walking distance of Shelleys Beach (approx. 700 metres) the hotel and cafe. Wonthaggi is 12k away. Phillip Island Grand Prix circuit is a 20 minute drive. Also in this area are koala and other native animals enclosures in which the proprietors encourage visitors to feed the kangaroos etc. by hand. Wilsons Prom. is a wonderful drive for a day trip to experience nature at its best, with a beautiful beach and lots of wombats. The space Our home is two storey, and we occupy the top floor as our full time home, with the ground floor used as a BnB. The area used for a BnB has its own private entrance. The area downstairs is quite large, especially the lounge. On occasions this can accommodate additional sleeping area for two or three children(2 to 14 years of age), being a day bed with trundle and fold up bed. We are quite flexible regarding the placement of beds etc to accommodate most guests needs. We have large gardens both to the front and rear of the home. These areas have comfortable seating to relax. Guest access The BnB consists of one designated bedroom, dining area, kitchenette/laundry, bathroom and large lounge room. The single bed and its trundle are located (see photo) to the rear of the lounge area. A continental breakfast is provided - fruit, cereal, toast, tea/coffee etc. Other things to note BBQ is available in covered area. This is an area which can be used to cook meals on the BBQ hot plate. We do have aircon in the BnB Area, and it also has fans. This area remains quite a cool space in summer, because of the shelter from heat by the top floor. We do not accommodate electrical charging of motor vehicles on this listing.
