The house is spacious and well-maintained, making it a perfect place to stay if you’re travelling as a family or as a group. With its amenities and ambience, our guests will surely “feel home away from home”! The space The entire Farmhouse is dedicated to only one group of guests at a time. Location The farmhouse is located in Brgy. Manzante, Magsingal Town. *20 minutes drive to Vigan City. *1 hour drive to Laoag City, Ilocos Norte. *2.5 hours to Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte. *5 minutes drive to the beach. * 10 minutes drive to town proper *10 minutes drive to Magsingal Belltower, Magsingal Ruins & St. William's Church. Bedrooms 3 bedrooms upstairs (double to queen sized beds + additional mattress) 1 bedroom downstairs (two double deck beds) **Bedrooms are fitted with large capiz windows **Bedrooms are airconditioned (split type) **Rooms can accommodate 11 to 13 people, in excess additional mattress will be provided and setup in the 2nd floor living room. Dining Area Indoor dining area has an 8-seater table. Outdoor dining in the gazeebo with koi pond has a capacity of 20 pax. Main bathroom is located inside the house and equipped with shower + heater + t&b. Bathroom 2 is located outside just beside the house with shower + t&b The 3rd bathroom (shared) is a rustic-modern built one, with minimalist concept. Located at the backhouse with shower + heater and a separate t&b. **Bath towels will be provided. **Shampoo and body soap also provided. Laundry Guests can request use of the washing machine (P 100/use ) Others: CCTVs - All cctvs are facing outwards the house and located near entrances. *CCTVs are motion tracking. Guest access Outside the house, there’s a grass-carpeted front lawn; a backyard; a Cabana (kubo) with hammock (duyan)where stargazing can be enjoyed; a Gazebo with excellent sun and rain protection and perfectly blends with the surrounding fruits trees and the chirping of the birds around. The gazebo is an excellent area for BBQ grilling, boodle fight meals, videoke( advance request the caretaker to rent a videoke machine for you but be sure to observe silence at 10 pm onward), or simply settle on the hammock enjoying a book or a nap. Guests may explore the whole property but should practice the buddy system. Observe care at all times. A fiber internet connection is also available. **Around 400mbps speed. Other things to note The property is an active farm. There might be maintenance or construction activities within the property so expect people to pass by or access the gate. Rest assured that guests will have private and exclusive use of the house and its amenities. Farm animals may be seen around the property. Bath towels, basic toiletries, kitchen/cooking utensils are provided. The house is a personal vacation house which belongings of the host are kept or displayed. Items you see are for your eyes only. All guests' names should be logged in upon check in. The house is prepared clean before check ins but because it is located in a farm, with wide windows and trees around, please be considerate to dirt and dust and at times, falling leaves. Smoking is allowed ONLY outside the house. If you have dogs, do not let them sleep on the beds. Kindly turn off unused lights and other electric devices. To conserve energy and prevent fire. Maintain cleanliness at all times. Clean as you Go. Treat the Farmhouse as you treat your very homes.
