Super chill little Retro Hut, so cute! Independent, self sufficient, private. Double Bed (snug) above the cab and a single bed downstairs. Spring water plumbed in and mains power and heater. Pots and pans etc and board games to play. Super funky toilet block and spacious shower room just a short walk away on lush lawns. Gorgeous rural outlook. Ocean 1min drive away. Akaroa 20mins. No WiFi but excellent coverage on Spark network, average on Vodafone. The space A hectare of rural Banks Peninsula. Beautiful rolling hills that turn into valleys than run into the gorgeous ocean bay just 2kms down the road. Wider area is mainly farming with patches of regenerating native bush. The main house sits in the centre and then two little private cabins and some tent sites spaced out within the grounds. Creative unique communal toilet block under a big ol’ ancient strawberry tree and a spacious shower room with a view. All within short walking distance. Beautiful fresh, lightly filtered spring water flows right through the property. The property is run with a rustic authentic outdoor vibe. This is partly out of respect to New Zealands history (in which European settlement is very recent) hence the pioneering spirit of much of this country but also the importance of living in tune with the environment, the fresh air and the health benefits this brings. Fiona runs her business [fiona grace – expressions of divinity] and offers accommodation, modern palm/spiritual readings and produces Meditative Art.
