Yallumbee Beach Studio is a beautiful, spacious retreat just 5 minutes walk to Balnarring Beach on the Mornington Peninsula. The studio is a newly renovated space, detached from the main property, that gives your own space to call home with the added benefits of a sunny deck, pool access and a wood-fired pizza oven and BBQ area. A private retreat only 10 to 15 minutes away from the heart of the Mornington Peninsula’s wine region, Yallumbee Beach Studio is the perfect space to unwind and relax. The space Mornington Peninsula Shire Short Term Rental Registration #79772 Yallumbee Beach Studio is a newly renovated, light-filled studio - it has everything you need for a relaxing seaside getaway. Nestled at the end of a quiet residential cul-de-sac, guests have private access to the studio that includes bedroom, living and bathroom spaces. The studio comes equipped with a queen-sized bed, quality linen and towels, air-conditioned comfort (split system), 50” Smart TV with streaming channel options, well appointed kitchenette. Whilst there are no cooking facilities, you will find a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. A lovely sundeck opens out into the garden and undercover BBQ and wood-fired pizza oven available for use. The studio is a stand-alone dwelling situated close to our home, with access to a lovely garden, in-ground pool and beach access path. On-site parking is available. Please note - there is strictly NO SMOKING in the studio, any indications of smoking will incur a $250 cleaning fee. Please also note that we keep two small bee hives at the rear of our garden - the girls keep to themselves and are busy helping to save the Planet!! Guest access Guests will be able to use our private driveway to park a vehicle, and can access the garden entertainment area and swimming pool. This property is registered under the Mornington Peninsula Shire Short Stay Rental Accommodation Local Law. Guests of this property must ensure they read and follow the requirements of the Code of Conduct during their stay. The Code of Conduct requires guests to: • Behave responsibly during your stay. Loud yelling, screaming, cheering and aggressive behaviour is NOT acceptable and may result in the early termination of your stay if a complaint is received by Council • No additional accommodation is permitted on site such as tents, caravans, campervans • Do not use outdoor areas for activity between 11.00 pm to 7.00 am • Place all waste into the bins provided prior to leaving • Park all vehicles within the property boundary.
