Beautifully appointed house on Thesen Islands. Located on the canal with a private mooring. The house has three en-suite bedrooms and a separate flatlet/4th bedroom with own entrance. The living areas and kitchen are all open plan. The lounge opens up onto a covered verandah with a built in braai. Thesen Islands which has 24 hour security access control. It is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The main house has an inverter for power during load shedding and there is a gas hob. The space The house is not serviced daily. Maria can be arranged at a cost of R350 per day. Guests will pay her directly. There is an inverter for load shedding. the house has a gas hob and a wood burning fireplace. Guest access The fee includes a resort fee of R200. This is for the access Biometrics for 2 guests. Each guest after the first 2 guests that wishes to register their Biometrics will have to pay a fee of R100. Not all guests have to register their Biometrics but the driver does have to. Other things to note The flat will not be included if a reservation is made for 6 guests or less, only the 3 bedroom house. If you would like the flat as well, please book for 7 or more guests. Up to 8. The flat will not be rented to other guests while there are guests in the main house. The flat does not have an inverter.
