Apartment with pool & views - 15 mins to Barcelona

We are a family of 4, Kate, I’m a producer at Barcelona Production. Pau who is also a producer and a well known hat maker (Pau Felipe) and Max and Eddie aged 17and 14. Our home is a magical place with spectacular mountain views. Very close to Alella centre, (2 min drive) and only 15 km from Barcelona centre. The space is the lower floor of our house with its own entrance, it’s a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite with living area and kitchen. (Pool open from June) The space The apartment is a lovely bright space, with a large open plan living area and kitchen overlooking the pool and with Mountain views. The perfect place to grab a book and to disconnect from life’s chaos! There is one double bedroom and a smaller storage room. An en suite bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a large BBQ on the terrace. We also have a wood fired pizza oven that can be used on request :) the pool and terrace are shared with our family, although we try to avoid using it when we have guests ;-) ** PLEASE NOTE: We highly reccomend a rental car/ private car when staying at ours as the public transport isn’t that easy/ regular and taxis are not always available*** you can park your car directly outside the house very easily. Guest access Guests have a private apartment (own entrance) with a kitchen, living area and bedroom/bathroom. There is a small terrace with a Bbq available for our guests privately. You have full shared use of the pool and pool terrace/ exterior dining area. Even though the pool area is shared we do try our best to use it only when you are out :) and to be honest we hardly use it at all when we have guests. Only in the heat of the summer to cool off quickly! Other things to note Unfortunately the space is not suitable For kids for safety reasons (the large windows that open directly onto the pool) We also have 2 dogs (very friendly) and 2 cats, who are usually in the garden during the day, let us know if this is a problem and we will do everything we can to keep them in the house :) We have parking by our door (on street) it is important to have a car at our place as the walk up to the house from the village is pretty steep! Please use water very sparingly as our village and most of Catalunya is suffering the worst drought in history. Our home is only really suitable for people that like animals as we have 2 dogs and 2 cats that often roam free in the garden.
