CaMaia is a house outside the gates of the old city wall. I wanted to create a comfortable space, friendly, relaxing. A space that gives the feeling of being "pampered" and feel at home at the same time. The space Casa Maia is an apartment on the third floor (with lift), just outside the historic walls of Padua. It is an apartment of 110 square meters, on two levels. Upstairs there is a beautiful attic double room (or twin), with solid wood beams and a small balcony with a splendid view of the domes of the ancient squares of Padua. In front of the room, there is a beautiful bathroom with whirlpool bath, even here the beams and the wooden ceiling give an idea of relaxation and accuracy. On the lower floor there is a large living room with sofa and balcony, the kitchen, equipped with crockery, pots and everything you need for cooking. Beside the kitchen you will find the door that leads you to the other double or triple room with bathroom with shower and washing machine. Casa Maia is an apartment cared for, personalized by me with much love and care for creative details. Everything you will find in the house has a beautiful history: the massive wooden body of my grandmother's wedding kit, the lithography with James Dean brought from Barcelona, the French vintage cassettes used as a bookcase, the lamp obtained from the old press of my grandpa. Guest access Guests can make self check-in, thanks to a safety box that keeps the keys of the house. This way you can get there when you want, without pressure or stress on the timetable. The guests need to send me document informations. Other things to note -In the bathroom of the room on the second floor, entering on the right, there is the boiler switch (there is a label with the written "boiler"). It must not be touched. -The stair light must be switched off and on by the same circuit-breaker. So if you turn it on from the salon and turn it off from the room upstairs, you have to switch it back on from the top floor (and opposite). -The kitchen stoves are equipped with an anti-toddler system. To keep the fires on, you have to press with both thumbs downwards. -the heating is autonomous but has schedules programmed for precise, so do not touch the thermostat without authorization of the owner of the house. .
