This serene and comfortable cottage is in a private location on a rural lifestyle property, just 15 minutes from both Havelock North and Hastings, within easy cycling distance to the Bridge Pa wineries, including Trinity Hill, Ash Ridge, Oak Estate & more. The space Cosy one room cottage with ensuite and sun-drenched deck overlooking a delightful country garden, with views to the Havelock hills, and adjacent to paddocks with sheep, miniature pony and 2 goats. The queen bed is amazingly comfortable, fitted with the best quality linens. The en-suite is well appointed. Heat pump Air-conditioning will keep you toasty in winter, and cool during the hot and dry Hawkes Bay summer. Your own private garden area is equipped with barbecue facilities and comfortable seating. Use of bikes for free , regular bikes, e bike and a tandem bike is also available. Very friendly pets live in the paddock beside the cottage. Teddy is the miniature horse, Izzy and Rosy are twin goats, and Tommy is the pet sheep - all very friendly and love attention! Feel free to enjoy the rest of our garden too! Guest access Access to the cottage is down a driveway shared with the main house, however, the cottage has its own entrance down a separate pathway and a private garden ensures your privacy from the host's home. Feel free to enjoy the extensive gardens, a walk to the end of the quiet, rural no-exit road, or please ask to meet the animals and wander over the paddocks. Other things to note Parking for horse trucks and grazing for horses available on request. Please note we can not have other pets on the property as we are a working lifestyle block. We are very close to the Hawkes Bay Golf Club. Many annual Hawkes Bay events are easily accessible from our BnB: Horse of the year (we can provide parking for horse trucks and grazing for horses) Art Deco Triple Peaks Outfield Music, Food & Arts Festival Bridge Pa Wine Festival is within biking distance and we have bikes available for your use free of charge
