Amazing townhouse La Quinta, New Andalusia

"Frontline golf" with views of the sea and mountains (La Quinta Golf and La Concha). Our townhouse is in the peaceful La Quinta, one of the most exclusive areas in Marbella West. Located above Nueva Andalucía, it offers easy AP7 access and is just a 7-minute drive to Marbella's best beaches and Puerto Banús. We only rent to families, so please provide a brief introduction of who you are and how many will be staying. The space The house is a spacious townhouse divided into three floors. On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is a larger master bedroom. There is also a cozy indoor patio with TV and an electric fireplace as well as exit to the patio on the ground floor and stairs down to the shared pool. In total, this floor offers six beds. Entrance floor includes a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a smaller office, as well as a guest toilet. The large living room has a working fireplace and a comfortable TV corner. From the living room, doors lead out to a terrace with a magical view of the NA valley and the sea. On the terrace, there is a dining area, barbecue and a relaxed lounge area partly under the roof. The top floor has an additional master bedroom, a walk-in closet, a large bathroom and a private small terrace. If you are 6-8 people in the party, we open the master bedroom on the top floor. This part is therefore not included if you are up to 5 people, but we charge per person per night for person no. 6 to 8. Guest access We always try to meet you upon arrival. If that's not possible exactly at your arrival time, we can arrange for the key to be in a code box. A car is probably necessary to get around. We offer a regular parking space with sunroof protection as well as a space suitable for a smaller car. Other things to note This area is a very luxurious area with lots of nice villas around. The best golf courses in the area are 5-10 minutes away. Or just 2 minutes around the corner, you have La Quinta golf course as a neighbor.
