The Cachos Place

The Cachos Place is a fully furnished studio unit with balcony in the heart of Manhattan Garden City, Araneta Center Cubao. The space We offer a 28 square metre relaxing accommodation with a well-equipped kitchen, balcony and a relaxing view from the 16th floor of Manhattan Heights Tower D. Guest access Playground, Jogging Paths, Tennis Court, Basketball Court, Sky Garden, Barbecue Area is accessible for short stays. Swimming Pool & Kiddie Pool with Jacuzzi and Outdoor Fitness Gym can only be accessed by guests who will stay for a whole month. (currently, the swimming pool is only available during weekends and holidays) Other things to note Please bring a photocopy of your valid government issued IDs upon check in. Please note that although Wi-Fi is not listed as an amenity of the unit. We do have Wi-Fi primary for communication and not in any way advisable for video streaming/gaming.
