The bedroom with queen-size bed and comfortable mattress, opens onto a pleasant terrace overlooking the inner gardens. The kitchen is separate; in the livingroom (independent, with door and key), there is a sofa-bed for two people, smart TV. The bathroom, with shower, is windowed, with hair drayer and body cleanser. The rooms can be completely darkened. The apartment offers all comforts: a Desk to use the laptop, Air Conditioning in the bedroom, (enough to cool down the whole apartment) Washing machine, Indution hob,Hair drayer, Toaster, American and Italian coffee machine...The walls are embellished with some works by Florentine artists of the 20th century. - Hanger dress, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing-board, first-aid kit,fire extinguisher: all in the utility-room. At the most 3 people can sleep, but if you are two, you'll have plenty of room for you and your luggage! It appears very bright and spacious because the ceiling is very high and it is perfectly exposed to external light. *The neighborhood is quiet and you will have the opportunity to live among Florentine people, like "locals", not in a place where everyone is foreigner. * It will not be necessary to put ear plugs for the noise of the cafés or out-door restaurants, you will sleep quietly (in Florence is not so obvious!) * For stays longer than 7 days, a second change of linen is provided. * If you are two people and prefer sleeping in separate rooms, you will have to make explicit request( 40 Euros extra at check in). * Car parking under the house with ticket or in a nearby private garage (extra) at the price of 18 Euros per day( h.1,95). * You can take the car, bus or a train to the nearby train- station and visit all the nearby cities (Pisa, Siena, Chianti) in just over an hour. *Nearby there are electric car charging stations, supermarkets, grocery stores, and a local fruit and vegetable market. * No pets. * No smoking. * Observe silence during the hours of rest. * Turn off any electrical equipment when you go out, to avoid energy waste. * For hygiene, would be preferable to remove your shoes, upon entering the house. Guest access The whole apartment is available to us. *Enjoy a glass of wine or have a coffee on the terrace, listening to the chirping of birds, the clok-clok of coaches going back home after having brought tourists around the city; it happens to hear the sweet sound of the sax performer who lives nearby, to see the turtles in the garden below, and to smell the scent of seasonal plants. * Your senses will be always positively solicited. Other things to note *In the apartment you will find many books, guides and informative about Florence and its sourroundings: you could take a car, a motorbike at the near rental, or a train at the close rail station, and to visit the other cities or Tuscany's countrysides, that you'll devote great emotions. You may park the car under the house (with the ticket from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m, free night & Sunday), or in a near private garage(low cost); definitely, less trouble to park here than elsewhere. * If you have a baby, I can provide a cot. * You will have soft and stiffer pillows to satisfy all your needs. *A notebook with lots of tips for their stay will welcome guests upon their arrival *I will be happy to give my guests advice on events, shows, concerts, cultural itineraries. * Garage on request Registration Details IT048017C27X6X42J8
