Beach House-Casita in Calatagan (for 6-8)

BEACHFRONT PROPERTY The Beach House - Casita is a single detatched two bedroom beach cottage located within a privately owned 1000 sqm beachfront property. * The two bedrooms that can accomodate 8pax maximum are located on the 2nd floor, while the kitchen and toilet and bath are situated on the ground floor. It has its own private spaces, with a functioning spanish wall fountain. The space We are located at Cape Santiago which is at the very tip of the Calatagan Peninsula. Step outside our gate and take a few steps to a secluded creamy white sand beach cove by the Cape Santiago lighthouse. Guest access Guests will have access to a coral reef beach, see the historic "Cape Santiago Lighthouse built by the Spaniards in the 1800's Things you can do on your own in Calatagan: Snorkling, freediving, Mt. biking, hiking, visit the mangove reserve ( barangay Quilitisan), ride a boat and snorkle at the sand bar (30 min boat ride). Other things to note The entire property is 1000 sqm in size and has 3 structures. The main home of the owner, the Casita, the Tree House, a newly constructed duplex Beach Villa , swimming pool and an outdoor wood-fired kitchen / grilling area. Please bring your own personal bath & beach towels as we do not provide towels for our guests. Please bring your own aqua shoes or water & beach sandals, masks and snorkels if you wish to snorkel, explore the low tide reef, or walk on the beach area. The natural terrain of the reef area is sandy, rocky and corals are exposed during extreme low tide. Bring your own sunblock to protect your skin from the sun and after sun lotions. Please bring your own mosquito/insect repellants. Bring your own food & beverages. The Casita has its own kitchen and a grilling area. Kitchen cooking utensils, pots and pans are provided. Bring your own cooking oil and cooking ingredients. There are no nearby convenience stores in our area. Mineral water and charcoal are provided and free of charge. *We have a short menu of Spanish and Italian dishes that you may pre-order at least 3 hours ahead of time. We prepare all food items fresh from scratch before serving. Also within the property are the Tree House, a newly constructed duplex Beach Villa, a shared swimming pool, a wood-fired outdoor kitchen area and a common use oceanview gazebo.
