Magnolia Cottage is 1 of 8 units @ HOME. This 1950's cottage was recently remodeled & redecorated w/ some luxury, upgraded finishes. This will be your own little HOME, away from home. Enjoy this private cottage (in a duplex building), which is just blocks away from downtown. Right down the street from San Juan Regional Hospital. A/C unit is an evaporative (swamp) cooler, available in summer months. Queen size bed. TV is internet services only; no cable. AND, best of all.....NO CLEANING FEE! : ) The space This cottage has an open concept kitchen to living room and then a separate bedroom and separate bathroom. You will have the whole cottage (in a duplex building) to yourself w/ your own living room, kitchen and bathroom. You will enter with your own code. A/C unit is an evaporated cooler (swamp cooler). Airbnb does not have an option to list this type of cooling system. There is a small carport right next to the unit or parking right in front of the unit. We start you with the basics (paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, etc), once they are out, you provide for yourself. Guest access This is a private, off street lot w/ plenty of parking. There is a carport right next to the cottage but more open parking in front of the unit also. Other things to note You will enter the unit with your own code. Swamp coolers are generally operable between April/May to mid to end of October There are no specific departure, cleaning instructions other than to please leave the keys on the counter when u leave. No need to do any laundry. We wash all towels and bedding when you leave.
