The beach house is a magical place to watch dolphins at sunrise from the deck, with uninterrupted views of the ocean. The house has direct access onto the beach. Full security throughout. The space Our beautiful home is a large double story with 4 of the 7 bedrooms with sea views. Our home offers lots of great accommodation, perfect for families. The air-conditioned house is equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a nespresso coffee machine, ice maker, airfryer, flat screen TVs, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and sound system as well as beach and bath towels for all guests. Free high-speed internet, secure and uncapped Wifi as well as comprehensive satellite including all TV channels and Netflix if you have your code. Private parking for up to 6 cars behind electric gates. House-keeping service is available 5 days out of 7 days which is included in the price. Phumi’s hours are 7am until 3pm .Phumi or Thembi can work their days off if they are able to but at the expense of the guest of R350 for the day, paid directly to Phumi or Thembi. Washing and ironing of guests clothing is paid separately and Phumi can do it after hours. Washing and ironing is charged per load and is explained in the guest book at the beach house. Phumi will clean, mop, vacuum, wash dishes, do windows, tidy up, make beds and do bathrooms - Sheets are changed once a week, so any bookings over one week will have clean bedding and towels changed on changeover day. Our beach house is self-catering and certain toiletries and basic consumables are provided on arrival only. There is an outdoor shower to wash off the salt and sand after a day on the beach, as well as a swimming pool that gets sun all day, and is a great alternative to swimming in the sea. Beautiful sea view deck allows for spectacular sunrises and sundowners at sunset. We are a family and friend getaway home . This is not a party house. Strictly no parties. Guest access This is our family beach house and as such we lock some of our maintenance tools away under the bunk in the second back room. We have a housekeeper, Phumi, who lives on site in her own self contained, private accommodation. She will remain on site throughout the rental period. Otherwise, all other areas are free to access including garage and laundry. Other things to note Phumi or Thembi can work on their days off during the week if they are able to. Phumi takes 2 days off in a 7 day cycle. At R350 per day paid directly to Phumi or Thembi by the guest. Please liase with Phumi to arrange work if need be.
