Comfortable floor, top location, breakfast possible

Looking for a nice place in beautiful Groningen? B&B@Banka has a nice, private floor on the 2nd floor of our house. Via 2 stairs you enter a bright, spacious sitting-bedroom with a separate luxury bathroom. The location is within walking and cycling distance of the city center. Public transportation, stores and restaurants are nearby. Breakfast (basic or luxury) can be prepared for you on request. I work with organic (biodegradable) products whenever possible. An information folder is available for you. The space The sleeping area is spacious and bright, equipped with light-proof sun-resistant curtains, a good bed of 160 x 210, a TV and closet space. In the dining area, you will find a fridge, a table, a coffee maker and a kettle. Breakfast plates, cutlery and the like are in the buffet cabinet. If you would like breakfast (super €7.50 or standard €5 pppd), it can be served in your room at a time of your choice. Of course, preferences and/or dietary requirements can be taken into account. Your modern private bathroom has a rain shower, toiletries, towels and a hairdryer. From here, you have a beautiful view of, among other things, one of our green roofs, the Martinitoren and the Forum. Guest access Except for the attic/laundry room area, you have the 2nd floor entirely at your disposal. During your stay I welcome you and am available for any questions. The possibility of contactless check-in through a lockbox is available upon request Other things to note You have free access to the areas available to you. You can use the bicycles available (2), a women's city bike and a folding bike. The rooms are well ventilated, carefully cleaned, and plenty of bath and bed linen is provided. If you come by car and want to park in the street, it will cost you €5 per day. This is due to the parking regulations of the municipality of Groningen, which have been amended again.
