Other things to note Our safety is everyone's priority, which is why we have worked on a comprehensive health protocol in accordance with the ARS so that your stay with us takes place in full compliance with health safety rules: • Systematic disinfection of accommodation • Wearing a mask and applying hydroalcoholic gel when entering and leaving the premises • Respect for barrier gestures We will be happy to support you throughout your stay so you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Catalonia. Check-in: Check-in time is by appointment between 4pm and 8pm. Checkout: Between 8am and 11am. We do our best to make you feel welcome. You'll be asked to be as specific as possible about your arrival times and to notify your host if you're late. Penalties may apply from 30 minutes late. Any check-in after 8:00 p.m. will be charged 20 euros, to be paid in cash upon check-in, by the rental platform or deducted from your security deposit. Please note that a deposit request for €900 will be sent to you by email via TYLLT following confirmation of your booking. This remains a credit card imprint and under no circumstances is this amount debited from your bank account. Also, it won't affect your credit card limit. The credit card imprint for the security deposit is automatically removed 14 days after checkout. After 10:30pm, it will no longer be possible to check in. Your night will not be refunded if applicable. A valid ID must always be presented when you check in. An inventory and photo inventory of the equipment will be carried out before your arrival. If additional guests other than those listed in your reservation stay in the accommodation, an additional €100/person per night will be deducted from your security deposit.
