The house is an easy stroll to the quiet, child friendly beach. A key feature is the expansive deck that wraps around the house. The house itself includes everything you'll need during your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, platters, saucepans and cookware. Feel free to help yourself to any of the cooking essentials in the well stocked pantry. Kick back and play some records or some games - there's plenty of toys and activities for kids of all ages! The space The Lower Bluff Shack is located on Cliff Street – an unsealed no through road – making it both quiet and safe. With a high, gated fence the property offers both security and privacy. A key feature of the house is its expansive deck – wrapping around most of the property. With a large picnic table, BBQ, outdoor umbrellas and stylish, yet comfortable outdoor chairs – the deck is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, or your afternoon wine. Step inside to the open plan lounge, kitchen and dining areas. The dining table seats 6 but there’s also an extendable table in the ‘kids area’ if extra dining space is needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and there’s plenty of crockery, glassware and platters. Help yourself to any of the pantry items! There's a coffee machine and plenty of pods supplied. The open plan lounge features a modern and comfortable King Furniture couch. There’s a record player and a vinyl collection featuring throwbacks from the 70’s and 80’s – with a few modern LP’s to choose from. There’s a Marley speaker, so you can plug in your own device and lots of board games for adults and kids to enjoy. Settle in and watch a movie - there’s an internet tv with Netflix. With artwork, ceramics and plenty of throw rugs and cushions, you can kick back and relax in style. In the cooler months, there’s an open fire and plenty of wood and kindling. There’s also a split system (heater/cooler) as well as 2 x wall heaters if needed. Guest access Guests have full access to the property, including the separate laundry/storage area at the rear of the house. Other things to note Check in is 3pm and checkout is 11am. However if the house is not being used prior to and/or after your stay, you can access early and leave late. I try to be as flexible as possible with guests.
