Brook House is a luxury 3-bedroom detached house situated near the center of Bourne End and a short drive from the historic towns of Marlow, Henley & Windsor. Built in 2019, the house boasts superb finishing from a fully equipped NEFF kitchen to wooden floors, open plan living and dining areas, and a log-burner. Whether working away from home or on a family holiday, we offer Sky, Wifi and a separate work area/snug with TV. Outside there is off-road parking, a lovely garden and decking. The space The house has off-road parking for two cars with a private drive beside the front door. Downstairs, the house benefits from a downstairs WC, utility room and an open plan fully-equipped kitchen and dining area/snug with TV. The open plan lounge benefits from a log-burner, comfy sofa, double doors into the garden and a TV with sky. Upstairs, the luxury Master suite has an en-suite with shower. The other two bedrooms feature double beds and share a family bathroom with shower and bath. Two of the bedrooms have TV. Outside the large private garden benefits from a sizable decking and outside furniture. We use only premium linens and towels in all the rooms.
