Lake Cathie Poolside Garden Studio

Our stylish, newly renovated self-contained garden studio with ocean views, is perfectly located in beautiful Lake Cathie. We are a short walk to the beach, shopping centre and lake. The space A private, spacious self-contained garden studio overlooking the pool, with views of the ocean. Sleep-in and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. There is a queen bed, your own bathroom, living area and kitchenette. Guests have the complete downstairs area in which to relax, including an outside courtyard overlooking the garden and salt-water pool. Enjoy a BBQ and a glass of wine relaxing in the afternoon sun on the comfortable lounges. Tennis courts are at your door and we are happy to assist with bookings. It is an easy stroll to the beach, lake, Woolworths, bottle shop and chemist. You can also walk to the bakery, Middle Rock Pizza, Chinese take-away, tavern and Fish n Chips By the Lake. Guest access Guests park on the roadside. Guests have their own access gate in the rear courtyard, with the key in a locked box. Other things to note Check in from 2pm and check out on your departure is 10am. Late check out is available on request. Your hosts, Katie and Bob, live upstairs and the downstairs is completely separate and locked off from the rest of the house. Washing machine/dryer is available for your use.
