Set in an acre of bush with stunning sea views Studio 1 is just 2.5km from Coromandel Town in a quiet location. The bathroom has a shower and laundry facilities. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge freezer and table and chairs for dining. In the lounge there is a pull-out sofa bed and TV. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, wardrobe and an insect screen on one window. Peace and tranquillity 2.5km from to town amenities. The space Perfect to star gazing at night. With fantastic views of the sea, sheltered by bush, the studio offers a private and very comfortable retreat from which to explore the area. Coffee, tea, milk and home-made cookies are provided. There is plenty of room for parking and you are welcome to bring your boat. Guest access Fully self-contained cottage with own bathroom, kitchen and laundry and covered outdoor space. Guests are welcome to explore the garden and walk down to the beach. Other things to note The studio is on septic tank and so nothing but the usual down the loo. Internet is rural and no as fast as you may be used to, streaming content may be unreliable but all other functions such as email should be fine.
