This newly renovated two bedroom apartment is the perfect base to explore Hobart. With unrivalled views of Hobart and just 10 minutes drive to Hobart and Salamanca Markets, you are not far from anywhere. Best to arrive by car IF THERE ARE 4 GUESTS OR MORE WE OPEN UP THE SECONDARY BEDROOM/LIVING SPACE, BUT IF 3 OR LESS THERE IS THE MAIN BEDROOM AND A COMFY PULLOUT COUCH IN THE MAIN LOUNGE AREA. Just up the street there is a lovely short walk to Mount nelson lookout. The space It is a lovely open planned apartment looking out to the view, nicely rennovated and very comfortable. There is a secondary bedroom living area that is opened up when 4 people are booked otherwise it is the one bedroom. Guest access When you arrive to the property please park on the left side next to my mothers car. Then walk down the side of the carport, 10 steps to the lower floor of the house then proceed to walk along the front balcony where there is a sliding door. This will be unlocked and your keys will be in the bowl on the speaker next to the Television.
