Retro Beach House: short walk to beach/water views

Welcome to 'SunSail Inn'! A charming, comfortable three-bedroom home with a retro vibe, situated in beautiful and relaxing Cape Woolamai. Our home is in a peaceful, leafy street - a short, three-minute walk to family-friendly bay beach 'Woolamai Waters'; and a four-minute drive to world-class waves at Woolamai surf beach. ** Please note: 2025 MotoGP (October 17-19) is a three-night minimum stay, and includes all linen. SSRA Registration Number: REG2024-000146. The space Our home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living areas and a kitchen - perfect for a stay for an extended family or for a group of friends! Relax on the sunny deck and take in the water views. Guest access Guests have complete access (other than two locked cupboards in the downstairs Loungeroom which are used to store supplies, and a locked Sauna Room off the downstairs Bathroom) to our three-bedroom home with two bathrooms and two living-spaces. We have a front-yard, back-yard and deck with a bay-view; and an undercover carport. Other things to note LINEN & TOWELS - Guests are to provide own linen and towels. Items provided for all bookings are mattress protectors, doonas, doona covers, blankets, pillows and pillow protectors. - For guests that wish to hire linen and towels, they can be supplied at $25 per bed-set by arrangement. (Bedroom 1 includes Queen sheets and 2 x towels, Bedroom 2 includes Double and Single sheets and 3 x towels, and Bedroom 3 includes Queen sheets and 2 x towels). ** Please note: MotoGP Week-end (17th.-19th. October 2025) is a minimum three-night booking and price per night includes all linens (fitted and flat sheets and pillow cases for all beds; towel and face-washer for each guest and bath mats and hand towels for each bathroom).
