Key collection and deposit payment ONLY at Ken & Co Property Consultants, Jalan Sekama, Kuching. Car rental is recommended for easy access, as it’s a remote area. This is a homestay, not a hotel no room service, staff, or mid-stay cleaning. Please follow house rules. Up to six registered guests only, no visitors. The space PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BOOKING: - Stay In Deposit: RM200, refundable via transfer within 14 working days if no damage is found. - Guest Limit: Strictly 6 guests allowed in the condominium unit. No exceptions. - Guest are required to present a valid form of government issued photo identification stating the name, address, nationality, identity card number, place and date of issue to ascertain the identity thus to be saved in the registry. - PARKING ALLOCATION : ONLY ONE RESERVED BASEMENT PARKING -All vehicles are parked at the owners’ risk. Should a problem occur with a vehicle at the car park, we will not not accept any liability. All vehicles entering or leaving are subject to security check. - Pool Use:Only guests wearing swim trunks or swimsuits are allowed in the swimming pool. - Gym Use:Guests must wear proper sports attire when using the gymnasium. - Parking: One reserved parking. - Smoking/Vaping:Not allowed on the property. - No Karaoke or BBQ: These activities are not permitted in the house. - No Drone: Drones are not allowed in this area. - No Durian or Pets: Durian and pets are not allowed. - No Parties:Parties or group gatherings are prohibited. - Rubbish: Please dispose of trash in the designated area before checkout. - Appliances: Turn off all electrical appliances and lights upon checkout. -Guest Info: Provide all guest names and car plate registration numbers. Guest need to submit front photo ic/driving license or passport before check in for pre registration. - Guest will need to collect the key personally and fill in agreement to rent. Key Collection:Collect keys at Ken & Co Property Consultants, First Floor, Jalan Sekama (Check-in during office hours only: 9am - 4pm). Homestay Notice: We are a homestay, not a hotel. There is no onsite staff or 24/7 reservation service. The property will contact you directly with check-in instructions. Please provide a contact number to receive these details. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire condo. Guests are also welcome to use our infinity pool and enjoy their time basking in the sun. Other facilities available to guests are our ping pong table, gym and several function rooms (prior booking will be required). Santubong Suites is located in the midst of our wonderful rainforest, we must understand that mother nature comes with some bugs and insects. While we do spend extra effort to ensure the place is clean to the best of our ability, sometimes the bugs just win. Please be reminded that this is not an hotel and there are no room service. We wont be around during your stay. There is NO room service, onsite service or cleaning service during your stay. Please comply to the house rules, be nice and polite to your neighbors and take good care of the house during your stay. Transportation: We recommend that guests plan their trip by arranging transportation, such as renting a car, to ensure ease of mobility during their stay. Please note that the property does not provide transportation services. Guest will need to collect the key personally and fill in agreement to rent.
