GST included in price/ The space This room is situated at the Wangaratta North Family Motel, just 5 kilometers north of the Wangaratta Central Business District (CBD). Originally established as a Roadhouse and Motel, the property has undergone extensive renovations on the inside, with all rooms updated and modernized. Additional accommodation facilities have also been added to enhance the property. However, the exterior of the property retains its older, original appearance. Currently, the Wangaratta Solar Farm is under construction on two sides of the motel, contributing to the evolving landscape around the property.
