IT049020C2AKMA28N0 The space The property is a completely private, characterful and recently renovated farmhouse set in 10 acres of Olive groves and idyllic Tuscan landscape, with a newly built stunning infinity swimming pool and only 20-25 mins from the beautiful Maremma beaches. It is very well positioned for exploring famous medieval towns such Massa Marittima, Pisa and Siena, as well as the local beautiful town Suvereto which has an array of good quality grocery shops, restaurants and gelaterias. The main house has two floors with separate entrances providing flexible accommodation. For a group of up to 7 people, the first floor space would be ideal. For a bigger group up to 12 people or two families requiring more space/independence, the ground floor can provide additional accommodation. First floor - sleeps 6-7 2 double bedrooms 1 bedroom with 2-3 single beds 1 bathroom with sink, loo, bidet and shower Kitchen is well equipped and has a great fireplace for winter and dining room with large table for 8-10 people Sitting room with sofas, Smart TV screen and Apple TV (good for watching films) and Wii (plus a selection of games) Ground floor - sleeps 6-7 people One bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with a queen size bed, plus a bedroom with 2 single beds and a single sofa bed. Both bedrooms have a private shower room with modern shower, bidet, w/c, sink with mirror. A living room with sofas and writing desk. All bedrooms have lovely views and are equipped with removable window mosquito nets and a portable fan. A new fully equipped kitchen with dining table with direct access to two terraces for dining al fresco with lovely views of the countryside. The front terrace has a large dining table with chairs/benches. The back terrace, which is closest to the bar and pool, also has a large table with chairs and sofas under a pergola giving plenty of shade ideal for relaxing outside. Both terraces can also be reached from the first floor via an external stair case. The pool annex has a W/C, basin, and an outside shower (with hot water if desired). Attached to the annex is a stylish bar (with fridge and sink) and a movable BBQ making outdoor dining easy and enjoyable. On the upper lawn by the olive grove there is a large pizza oven and picnic benches in the shade of an oak tree. This is a great area for fun and simple al fresco dining with beautiful views of rolling Tuscan countryside. The infinity pool (12x6 m) is surrounded by a large travertine terrace with sun loungers and parasols. The pool is securely fenced with a lockable gate to provide security and peace of mind. The pool is unheated and usually open from the beginning of May to end October. It can be opened for use by prior agreement. Guest access The house is quite difficult to find down a country road but a pin will be provided after the booking is made. Our housekeeper will prepare the house and beds and leave the keys in a key box under the outside bar. I can be contacted at any time during your stay. Guests should leave keys back in key box. Other things to note There are great walks in the near by national park and plenty of vineyards to explore too. The area is also very popular for painters and cyclists!
