WELCOME to MAMI WATA HOUSE The cosy house with its own pool is a 5-minute walk from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, offering direct access to the most prized stretch of the beach. All three rooms are ensuite, lovingly furnished, and offer enough space to feel at home. We offer various vegetarian and vegan breakfast options for an excellent start to the day. A fully kitted kitchen allows you to cook at home, however, you will find great restaurants and beach bars nearby. Karibu! The space The house is situated in a 700-year-old indigenous forest and has a pool, a spacious covered living-dining area, a pool gazebo, a recreational bar area, and a beautiful garden to help you relax and unwind. Room -2- is en-suite, located upstairs, has a furnished lounge on the landing area upstairs, and a seating arrangement on the terrace in front of the room overlooking beautiful garden views. The room is lockable, fitted with fans, and a double bed covered by a mosquito net, towels and bed linens that are changed after every 3rd night of your stay. Daily cleaning is included, and we offer FREE DRINKING WATER, and traditional woven beach baskets that you can also use to do your shopping with in order to reduce plastic offset. For your safety, the property has an Electric Fence with 24/7 Alarm Response Security and a night watchman. We offer a laundry service for a fee of KSh 500 x basket. A chef can be hired for a fee of KSh 1500/- x day. We look forward to hosting you at the Mami Wata House. Guest access Guests are encouraged to feel at home and enjoy all of the spaces that we created to find comfort and relaxation. During your stay We live right next door and are always available if you have any questions. We are also happy to help you plan safaris and trips (fishing, diving, snorkelling, etc...) or find the right kitesurfing school. Other things to note We separate recyclable waste materials and repurpose single-use packaging materials, as well as compost, so we have a system of bins in the kitchen, and at the back of the house that the staff will help the guests with during their stay.
