Bed and breakfast in Inverness

Newly renovated very large family room. Sleeps up to 6. Comfortable sofa/seating T.V area. Separate dressing room. Ensuite wIth bath & shower. Complimentary tea,coffee,hot chocolate,biscuits. Nespresso coffee machine. Large flat screen T.V. For relaxation, dressing robe and slippers are provided. All rooms have Dyson fans. Fridge outside the room with complimentary milk and water. The space Deluxe family room, Can be configured with 4 single beds, alternatively with 1 super/king sized bed and 2 x single beds or as a twin. Can sleep 1 - 4 guests. The suite is an ideal family room, a large space with coffee table and comfortable seating. There is also a separate en suite dressing room. Guest access Castle View is on the banks of The River Ness onlooking Inverness Castle. We have an out door seating area with these wonderful views. Although we don't have a licence, you are welcome to bring along your own tipple to enjoy in our outdoor seating area. Other things to note ARRIVAL/PARKING. PARKING PERMIT ON REQUEST (IF AVAIABLE) On immediate arrival into Ness Walk I ask guests to stop directly outside Castle View on the right. Inverness Castle will be directly opposite on the left I will help in with luggage and direct to free parking. Parking is an easy 4 minute walk along the River. Alternatively parking at St Andrews Cathedral costs £5.00 for 24 hours.
