An even shorter walk connects you to Perth via the train, just 12 min into the city. Fremantle is an easy 15min drive away and bus stop is 2min from your door. The space Your private flat provides light and airy space with some extra details that make it so much more than you'd expect from a BnB. The easy separate access is adjacent to our home allowing you extra privacy and security. Our guests say it’s like a home away from home. Our newly renovated kitchenette is equipped with the necessities for simple meal prep. Toaster, kettle, microwave. An assortment of teas, plunger and instant coffee are provided along with some welcome snacks and drinks. We have a wonderful local grocery store and cafes within walking distance with fabulous options and great selection of take home meals. Continental style breakfast is included - muesli, fruit and milk, just let us know if you have dietary preferences. We're happy to accommodate special dietary needs. Please make any specific requests prior to arrival. Yes, it's true, a king size bed! A Wentaex Austrian made mattress specially designed for a good nights sleep. All our guests comment on the excellent sleep they have while staying with us. We provide two beach towels so you can enjoy the amazing Perth beaches. Your full size bathroom includes a shower and a separate toilet. Equipped with grab rails making it ideal for those needing a little more assistance. Soaps, shampoo and conditioner are included. Look out onto the leafy garden from your bedroom and lounge while you read a book or take advantage of free Netflix streaming and high speed WiFi. Air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom keeps you warm in winter and cool in summer. Please Note - there is no washing machine or dryer in the flat. We are happy to offer a laundry service for your clothes for $20 per basket 🧺. There is also a laundromat about 10min drive away. We look forward to welcoming you to our little sanctuary. Guest access Your guest suite is fully self-contained with separate private entry. Of course, we are only next door if you need anything or even just some tips and tricks to get around our beautiful area. There is one car space available in the driveway if needed and free on street parking. We will welcome you upon arrival and show you around so you can relax and enjoy your stay. Other things to note The bathroom and toilet have been equipped with grab rails suitable for someone with impaired mobility. We can provide cleaning services during your stay for a fee, please enquire about this service if needed. There is a stick vacuum and other cleaning supplies provided should you need to clean during your stay. Clean sheets and towels are provided every 7 days if you’re booking for longer periods at no extra charge. There are no laundry facilities in the flat but we are happy to offer you a laundry service for clothing $20 AUD per basket 🧺. Our council provides recycling and composting system for waste. So we would love our guests to jump on the sustainability bandwagon too. Separating recyclables and food waste/organics is easy with the special bins provided.
